How do I reset my password?

What is a referral reward?
As a customer of Pharmacy.nu you can earn an AED 5 discount coupon every time you refer a friend to make a purchase with us. You will find your unique referral URL by clicking on https://www.luqmanpharmacy.com/ and going to the section “Refer your Friends”. Share your referral URL with your friends on via WhatsApp, Email or send them a text message.
Where do you deliver?
We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and deliver across all seven Emirates. For orders placed before 12 noon for Dubai and Sharjah, we offer same day delivery. All other Emirates are shipped next day.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free deliveries on all orders above AED 49 across Dubai. For orders less than AED 49 there is a delivery charge of AED 8. We also offer free deliveries on all orders above AED 199 across other Emirates. For orders less than AED 199, there is a delivery charge of AED 12 to other Emirates.

Can i order online and receive my order outside the UAE?
While you can shop and pay online, we cannot ship the products outside the UAE. All deliveries must be made to an address in the UAE.
Can i send my order to different addresses or choose a delivery time?
It is possible to send your order to any address in the UAE. You can manage your address book by going to https://www.luqmanpharmacy.com/my-account
When you checkout, you have the option to choose a delivery slot between 9am to 5pm or from 5pm to 11pm.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
You are required to present a valid ID and sign for your order upon delivery.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
We usually notify our customers when their order is out for delivery and again when the driver is on the way to your address. If you miss your delivery, you will be notified via SMS and will need to call us at 055 502 8290 to reschedule your delivery. We will re-attempt delivery for a maximum of two times after which your order will be cancelled in line with our policies.
Are your products original?
We are a licensed telehealth platform and registered to sell products online. Our Dubai Economic Department License is 209510and our Dubai Health Authority pharmacy license DHA-FL-0045816 All products we sell online are sourced from official manufacturers and distributors directly. We do not sell any products sourced from unlicensed online marketplaces or parallel imports. Every order we fill is reviewed and dispensed by licensed pharmacists registered to operate in the UAE.
How can I reorder a product?
You can reorder any product by going to your order history https://www.luqmanpharmacy.com/my-account and clicking on the order number. You will see an option to select the items you need to reorder and a button to reorder them.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes, you have the option to change your order before it has been shipped. You can do so online by providing your order number via live chat or by calling us at 055 502 8290/04-3312654. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be amended and you will need to return the order.
How can i pay for my order?
You can pay for your order upon delivery or online. You may also use a combination of Loyalty points and currency to pay for your order.

Most products can be returned or exchanged within 72 hours of order. Products must be un-opened, have original seals and be in their original packaging. Can I order medicines online?
Yes, we are licensed to dispense medicines online. If the product is not covered under your insurance plan, you will be contacted at the phone number you provided.
